Air-conditioned T3 apartment of 70m2 with a large terrace of 70 m2 and 250m2 of private garden.
Located in Le Cannet, on the edge of Cannes, accessible by car or bus (bus stop 100m away).
This modern apartment (built in 2014) is located in a quiet area and not overlooked.

- 1 bedroom with a desk with a 140x190 bed and which opens onto a terrace.
- 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed on the mezzanine, with a desk
- 1 living room with sofa and large screen TV. It is divided by a glass roof to make "a third bedroom" with a 160x200 bed
- 1 equipped and functional kitchen with dishwasher
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 terrace with outdoor table
- 1 garden with deckchairs
- 1 pergola with small outdoor lounge
- 1 private parking lot in the basement accessible by elevator
Wi-Fi access
Access to the collective swimming pool is from May 15 to September 30 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The residence is secure and has a wooded park.

Super functional apartment, with lovely garden and outdoor eating spaces. Lucie was a very welcoming host. This was a perfect base for a 2 week family holiday.
