HOUSING
Renovated and fully equipped, this apartment welcomes you with a beautiful living room, bathed in light thanks to its large windows, which is divided into several spaces:
- A living room with Smart TV and a sofa bed for two extra beds
- A dining area for 2
- An open and equipped kitchen (dishwasher included)
This room opens onto a terrace, also sunny, equipped with a garden furniture and offering you the famous sea view.
The living room opens onto a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a second direct access to the terrace.
A shower room and independent toilets complete the space.
AFFAIRS
After recovering your car from your private space, you can:
- Join the midday beaches.
- To the Croisette beaches.
- To the Cannes train station and take the train to discover the French Riviera
- Join the famous Festival Palace.
- Climb to the Suquet, order a fillet of reddish from the Beija Fior and fill with postcards and small souvenirs.
- Take a trip downtown.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Parking is provided in the residence.

The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, secure external links are sent to you as part of our internal organization.
