Located in the immediate vicinity of the city center of Cannes, this charming 1930s building has undergone a quality renovation while respecting its identity, to create in a contemporary spirit a living space of 250 sq.m. opened onto a landscaped garden.
In permanent interaction with the outdoors and the soothing presence of the surrounding vegetation, the bright and functional spaces unfold from the entrance to a beautiful living room and side dining room in direct communication with the large and wide terrace from which you can access the garden and the pool by a staircase.
At the back, a spacious custom-designed and equipped kitchen, with access to a small intimate terrace and the garden. On the opposite side, the wing is dedicated to the large master suite, also opened to the terrace. On the lower level, a games area separates the two suites, each with direct access to the outside and the pool. One with a king-size bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed.
At the end of the garden, camouflaged in the greenery, a small outbuilding houses a studio. Possibility to park a car inside the property.
