the first floor features a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking, as well as a half-bath. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.
The area is extremely quiet; we are the last house in this tiny village, surrounded by fields. It’s the perfect place to take your family on vacation
The pool measures 8x5 with a depth of 2m
A pool maintenance professional tends to it weekly
The garden is completely enclosed and secure
There are plenty of things to do nearby, from La Venire Verte to La Vallée des Singes or La Rochelle, Île de Ré, Futuroscope, and Bordeaux—just a 2-hour drive away—if you’d like to taste some wine. You can also explore the Loire Valley with its castles and wines.
It’s a great place to stay or explore. And our neighbors are just wonderful!

Lounge chairs and sofas. 2 swings. A car is required; the nearest town is 3 km away and the supermarket is 6 km away. Futuroscope, Venise Verte, Puy du Fou, and La Rochelle are between 30 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Peaceful and rejuvenating—ideal for relaxing and exploring with the family.
