The barbecue facilities are perfect for cozy summer evenings outdoors. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a swing ensure that all family members can enjoy the lovely weather.

The indoor communal areas are bright and welcoming, featuring a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking, including a dishwasher, so cleaning up is a breeze. The large dining area makes it easy to gather for meals.

The house is easily accessible by car. From Niort, it takes about 30 minutes by road. Niort station is well-served by trains from Paris (about 2 hours by TGV). The nearest airports are La Rochelle and Poitiers, about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car each.
Additional information :
• Cleaning can be arranged for 80 euros or done by the renter at the end of the stay.
• Bed linen is included in the price; towels can be rented for 4 euros per person.
• A tourist tax of 0.8 euros per person per night will be charged upon arrival.
