About this apartment rental
Cozy and bright apartment with beautiful views, a short distance from the bay of Pescallo.
This finely furnished apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator and features a terrace from which guests can admire a beautiful lake and mountain view. The open plan living area houses a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster, and a living room with a sofa, an armchair, a dining table and a TV. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and spacious closets. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower.
*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
The nearest beach is the bay of Pescallo, just 5 minutes walk. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Bellagio Bus Station and 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.

10/10 We loved our stay here! The view was absolutely gorgeous and the living area was very spacious! The location was perfect, with a 5 minute walk to a local restaurant and another 10 minute walk down to the towns center! Taxis and Ubers are not super reliable but don’t feel discouraged by the walk, it’s not that far your only initial struggle will be all the stairs you will have to climb in the town center. Overall loved the place and loved the location, would definitely come back.

Perhaps I have the same reaction to everyone else that walks into this apartment but you just couldn’t wipe the smile off my face the whole time I was there. I’ve travelled extensively and rarely have I come upon lodging that hits all the key points for me. The VIEW is what really sales this place and location. And I love how the owner has decorated with color that suits the vibe of Bellagio and vacation! It’s all fun and colorful - as it should be. I suppose I could take a star off on small items…could use a more comfortable couch, update in the bathroom perhaps but that’s not enough to take a star away. Being able to park there at the residence, a comfortable bed, and cleanliness are a big deal to me - so kudos there. And working with Marco, my main contact person, was just marvelous! As I’ve online journaled my whole 3-month European vacation, my friends back in the states are “pea green with envy” on this rental and can’t believe how gorgeous the views are. Trust me…you’ll love it!
