About this house rental
This recently renovated Boulder home is on a very quiet street with quick access to bike paths and amenities. Grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance as well as the house being located a short distance from the CU Boulder campus. This house has relaxing and manicured outdoor spaces, including a covered front porch and spacious back deck and yard. The house is well appointed with top-end appliances and furniture. This bright and comfortable stay will meet all of your needs!
This home is occupied by my family year-round. Some closets, drawers, and cabinets may contain personal items but we have cleared space for guests to use as well. The kitchen is stocked with oils and spices and pantry staples for your use and also feel free to use anything in cabinets. Feel free to take a little and leave a little if you have to. We have a very comfortable sofa bed in living room as well as the option for a full-size air mattress in the office with notice from guests.
The clothes washer and dryer are not accessible to guests. In lieu of these, we can offer one complimentary (up to $50) laundry drop-off per week of stay. For more immediate needs, we can also accommodate reimbursement for the laundromat right up the street. Please message me for more details! We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible and are more than happy to be flexible.
