About this house rental
This recently remodeled home in the Chautauqua neighborhood will make your stay in Boulder special. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced in backyard and cozy front porch, you can enjoy plenty of peace and privacy while also being centrally located. The house sits less than a mile walk to the CU campus and the pedestrian Pearl St. Mall, and 2 blocks from Chautauqua Park with endless hiking trails, concerts, and dining.
Enjoy plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Barbecue in the fenced backyard with lush gardens, a gas fire pit, hammock, fountain, and bocce court. Cook up meals in the gourmet and well stocked kitchen. Relax in the deep soaking bathtub and in three bedrooms, each with comfortable queen sized beds and high end bedding. New queen sized pull out couch in the family room. Plenty of amenities (high speed wifi, Sonos bluetooth speakers, smart tvs with Netflix, etc) provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Upstairs family room with large screen tv, dozens of dvds, new pull out couch, and views of the Flatirons

Main floor living room with dining/game table, comfortable seating, and open to the kitchen
Chef’s kitchen with high end appliances and all the spices and tools you’ll want to cook up simple to gourmet meals
Large dining area, spaciously seats 8, in a sunny nook off the kitchen with a window seat, overlooking the backyard
Main Floor- 2 comfortable bedrooms with queen sized beds and a shared bathroom with large tiled shower
The basement has large windows with a bedroom with a queen bed, an entertainment area with a large L shaped couch, and an exercise area.
Smart lock with key code provided for easy guest entry.

There is no better location in Boulder. The house was spotless comfortable and had beautiful decor. We had an amazing time and I’m sad to leave. The outdoor space is gorgeous.

We loved staying here! the house is very light and airy and comfortable. The backyard is gorgeous with all the flowers and fresh berries even! There are lots of outdoor places to sit and also very comfortable layout inside. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. If you like to hike you can't beat this location plus the neighborhood is full of lovely homes and gardens and it is easy to get to pearl street, campus, anywhere... We hope to go back again!

This was the perfect home to stay in for CU’s Family Weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space, the well-appointed kitchen and walkability to Chautauqua and campus. Such a beautiful and comfortable home! Communication with the host was super great too.
