Description:
Welcome to Wallowa 22, an over 3,700 square foot home built in 2007 with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths located in the Northern part of Sunriver! This Split-Level home offers One Upstairs bedroom with the Living, Dining and Kitchen and a spacious deck with Hot Tub and gas BBQ. Downstairs is a second Living area, 3 more bedrooms including a double bunk room and the laundry. There are two spots for cars in the garage and three in the driveway.

Level 1 (Upstairs):
Walk Upstairs at the entry and you'll be welcomed by beautiful hardwood flooring and the first of two living spaces in the home. The vaulted, wood clad ceiling give a big sense of space. There's a rock-faced gas fireplace flanked by two bookshelves and a flatscreen TV. The leather sofa and loveseat sit on the carpeted portion. Six large pane windows bring in plenty of natural light. Behind the living room is the Dining area with a table for 10. The nearby counter in the kitchen seats another 6.

In the Kitchen you'll find granite countertops, a six-burner gas range, Stainless Steel appliances, a separate bar sink, a work desk, and a standard and Keurig coffeemaker.
Also upstairs is a half bath and the Primary Bedroom. The Primary Upstairs bedroom has a King Bed and gorgeous En Suite. The En Suite has a double vanity, a Garden Tub and a separate Tile Shower. Plus the bedroom has a sliding glass door with access to the Hot Tub and deck.

Level 2 (Downstairs):
Walking downstairs from the entrance will bring you into the second living area. Besides plenty of seating and a flat screen TV in the built-in cabinet, there's foosball in the room as well. The door to the outside leads to a staircase to join the upstairs deck and Hot Tub.

Heading out of the living room, down the hall to the right are 2 bedrooms. On the left side is a bedroom with a Queen Bed and En Suite and a sliding glass door that leads out to stairs to the upper deck. The En Suite has a double vanity and a tile shower.
The second bedroom is like a Sleepaway camp with 2 log Pyramid Bunks. The bedroom ha a door outside, a TV and attaches to the hall bath.

To the left of the living area is the Laundry room with sink and plenty of storage. Past that is the final bedroom with a King Bed and En Suite. The En Suite has a double vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The garage has spots for two cars.
