Welcome to our home! This home is brand new, finished as of June 2021. Conveniently located right off the highway tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood on a hill with a magnificent view. We are in Southeast Eugene between U of O and LCC, within a 5-minute drive of both. This is a two story craftsman style Townhome with a 2 –car garage, 3 beds, 2.5 baths and a gas stove for cooks! I was in town to take my son to college. This rental home was perfectly located for access to the university as well as the other exploring that we did in the area. The home was clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable and I would stay here again.

The condo was very clean, and in a nice quiet area. Check in instructions were easy and clear. The neighbors are also friendly and welcoming when you see them. The location is convenient to the University and a short drive to everything else. We have older teens so it was really nice to have the extra space so everyone could spread out. We will be spending a lot time in Eugene over the next 4 years and we definitely book again .
