We’ve stayed at many spots in Seascape and this unit had the best view! Very close to whales tail and beach access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this vacation met our expectations, except the condo had a mildew/moldy smell that was overwhelming when we walked in. The property management contacted us about our 5 star stay the next day & told them that most people don't say things like this (& my daughter didnt want me to) but I told them about the smell & I thought it was coming from the mildew or moldy spots on the the closet walls in the master bath-(the vent didn't work). I also told them I'd tried to wipe it down with a papertowel & shampoo bc there were no cleaning products, sponge, dishwashing liquid, & only one hand towel. (I mentioned that we had stayed the in heart of key west in a condo similar to this (for less&) & I would think if any place would have that smell, it would be there but it didn't. They said they were sorry I wasn't 100% happy & were surprised to hear it bc they only had positive feedback on that unit in the past but they would bring some cleaning supplies & such by to make our stay more comfortable. They said they didn't detect any smell when they were there but some people cook & the oven may need to be cleaned & they could do that also when they brought the extra supplies. They said they couldn't speak to key west but their prices were competitive with others around us. I told them they misunderstood why I brought up key west, that I wasn't looking for a discount 🤦‍♀️. & that they ignored mildew/mold issue- but was telling the truth & they could do with it what they wanted but we would not be back. They didn't say anything else, but brought the supplies the next day. Everytime we left & came back the smell hit us. After being there for a while we could smell til we left and came back. We also had periodic headaches there. I got home last night I was putting up my clothes I didn't wear and now am having to wash everything bc of the smell. We had the best time at the beach staying at this unit. It has absolutely everything you need. We went as a family of three. My spouse and I stayed in the master, and our daughter slept on bunk bed. The view is incredible. Two hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pool, a small souvenir store in the building, walking distance to a couple of restaurants, a walk-in trail and a bike lane. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will definitely be coming back. The unit was clean, The bed was comfortable. I can’t wait to return to this place!
