About this apartment rental
Newly renovated!!! This condo has undergone a complete remodel including new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and new Black Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen. It is a wonderful 1072 sq ft condo in the A building with unobstructed beach views from the living room. The 8th (803) floor view is perfect, high enough to get away from the ground noise but still close enough to get perfect views of the beach activity. Sunrises and sunsets will take your breath away.
This condo has it all. Plenty of space, comfortable sleeping arrangements, full kitchen and a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi tubs and fitness center. A very nice walking trail passes right through the Majestic Sun property so you can enjoy some outdoor walking or running when you get tired of the treadmill.
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a 42" flatscreen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds and also has a 42" flatscreen TV. The living room is comfortably furnished with a nice couch, loveseat and a 55" flatscreen TV with Blu-ray player. The couch opens up to a queen size bed for additional guests.
Activities in the area are plentiful including Golf, Tennis, SCUBA diving and fishing. Destin has some of the best saltwater fishing in the country and a large charter fishing fleet.
This condo requires weekly stays Spring Break and Summer.

The location right on the beach was amazing but the amenities are not superior. Pool is small for amount of people staying and fitness center is also very small. Property location is exceptional and beach was very nice. Overall a very nice vacation for the family.

Don't have back or hip pain? You will after staying at Majestic Sun 803A! The beds are as hard as bricks! Unit is otherwise clean and beautiful!

Took my 2 boys and my parents to a quick beach trip. This condo was great space and very convenient. We also really enjoyed the view of the beach.

The view was amazing!! We loved the view from the balcony and the location was great. The actual room was not great. The furniture was ripped, we had 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 5. The door was wide open when we arrived. The remotes for the TV's didn't work. There were no beach towels available. We didn't know that until we got our check in instructions. We weren't there for the room, but these things were frustrating. We had a great time vacation.
