Consisting of 4 small Italian villas, each with over 1,000 sq ft of combined indoor and outdoor living space. Each villa of Il Villaggio is a two bedroom, one and a half bath retreat designed to bring you a piece of Italy here in the Texas Hill Country.
Enjoy the serene beauty on your private covered decks while listening to the calming sounds of nature and running water from one of the many fountains. Relax in the main room and take in the countryside through the oversized picture window and sliding glass doors. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal within your fully stocked kitchen and large dining space.
Within 10 minutes from the center of town, Il Villaggio provides a peaceful countryside atmosphere with easy access to the Guadalupe River, dining, shopping, and recreational activities. Located minutes from wineries in Kerrville and Fredericksburg, and around the corner from gorgeous drives through the legendary Three Sisters.
Each villa has been meticulously decorated with beautiful pieces of art, wall decorations, and furniture, all meant to bring you out of Texas, and into a small piece of each Italian city and region.
