A perfect place to stay to visit a fascinating old town with so much history.

The location is fantastic. In the old town pedestrian streets in a quiet cul de sac, close to every amenity. The size of the bed room and ensuite shower. The lift and secure access. The excellent air conditioning. The helpfulness of the staff. The speed of check-in and departure. The huge extremely comfortable bed. The easy access to a pleasant area to walk our dog in the mornings and at night. The easy walk to the river.

It would have been nice to have had a kettle and not just a coffee machine.

Nice stay for a short trip!

It’s in the centre of the village, you can walk everywhere. The staff was really friendly and made sure everything was good during our stay. The swimmingpool was great!

The bar was already closed by 21:00 and in the village wasn’t much to do either so we had to go to bed earlier than we wanted to

We had a beautiful stay in this beautique hotel. Its a little gem. Lovely friendly staff, great environmental ethos. The location on the edge of old town makes it super for a visit to the market and local restruants. There is a lovely little dipping pool on the roof which is really well maintained. loved this place and will be back.

The room size was a bit small for a longer stay,. but not really an issue on this visit.

Modernised hotel where style has been more important than comfort.

Spacious room with modernised facilities. Lifts between all floors. Good location for walking around the old centre. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Stylish but uncomfortable chairs. Hard to use micro desk in room with too-low chair. No fridge, or table and chairs, in room, although plenty of space for these (and room service meals are offered(. Quality of meals and breakfast disappointing.

Very enjoyable stay in this beautiful region!

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Nice facilities (check out the rooftop terrace). Location was perfect for a few days visit. We took the train from Villefranche station to discover the beautiful village of Najac. Very practical if you don't have a car!

A bit noisy at times otherwise we had a fabulous stay.

Super Pt Déj: varié; pain sans gluten demandé et obtenu (délicieux), charcuterie variée et fraîche, café délicieux Personnel et patron super aimables , efficaces et sympas. Belle grande chambre-appartement avec frigo et cuisine , petit balcon avec belle vue sur le musée Des Pénitents Noirs ( à VOIR)

Parking difficile à trouver , mal indiqué; si on "rate", la montée, il faut refaire le tour de la ville ; parking pour décharger les bagages en face de l'hôtel : aléatoire, temporaire . Faut avoir un peu de chance !

Einmal gefunden ist das Hotel absolut ideal

Die Hoteleinrichtung ist modern und zweckmässig. Der Komfort und die Sauberkeit sehr gut (impéccable). Die Réception freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, Mann muss nur ca. 2 - 300 m die Strasse hinunter gehen und schon ist man im Zentrum.

Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Aus dem Gebiet Saint-Céré kommend war wegen der grossen Arbeiten in Villefranche das Auffinden eine Katastrophe (vielleicht, könnte das Hotel bei Reservationen einen entsprechenden Hinweis gegen. Ich war zeitweise ziemlich blockiert. Erst ein Hinweis eines Anwohners die Stadt weiträumig zu umfahren, um von der anderen Seite an die Adresse zu gelangen, hat dann geholfen.

La literie et surtout des draps qui n'étaient pas en 100 pour cent coton ! étant allergique aux draps avec du polyester je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit !C'est la première fois que je vois cela dans un hôtel . J'ai demandé un drap en coton , à la réception ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'en n'avait pas .

Personnel souriant et accueillant, emplacement parfait pour notre séjour et confort plus que correct.

Juste des bricoles comme une chaise en fer inconfortable jusqu’au moment où on lui trouve un coussin, l’éclairage de chevet contre lequel on se cogne à chaque mouvement près du lit, espaces de rangement un peu chiches.

Ville sans intérêt à 19h tout est fermé plus personne dans les rues seul 2 restaurants sont ouvert. 1 aux arcades et un autre après le pont.
