Mammoth Cozy Condo is a studio loft unit in the La Vista Blanc complex, just steps away from the Mammoth Lakes Recreation Center and Creekside Park. Close to free local bus services. This studio loft has 2 floors. Located on the back side of the complex with plenty of parking even on the busiest of weekends. The first floor has well equipped kitchen/dining area/living room with a queen pull out, and a full bathroom. The 2nd floor is a large loft with a queen bed, twin bed, and a full bathroom. Sleeps 4. We enjoyed how well stocked and efficient this hideaway was . Kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs and then some . Very quiet between neighbors and parking was awesome . Did I mention it’s right next to Vons and skating rink. This also is one of the best areas to play on snow nearby

Had a great 3 night stay with my son. Having two full bathrooms is great. The place is well stocked; plastic bags, foil, cookware, etc. All the little things you don't think about needing until you actually need them. It's centrally located, easy to get in and out; just a great place to crash and recoup after adventuring in Mammoth.
