About this apartment rental
This is a 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom, tri-level, property located in Snowcreek 1. It has a maximum occupancy of 7, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14384.
Park in the lot nearest to the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up two exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft level.
Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, towels and owner provided bedding.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, flat sheet, blanket and comforter with pillowcases on the pillows.

We have stayed at this condo several times due to it's location and wonderful views. There were new beds and carpet in the bedrooms (much appreciated). The condo is the best equipped of any condo we have ever rented. Kitchen supplies are plentiful and just like home.

For the nightly rate, this unit lacked basic amenities. Kitchen is sparsely equipped (not enough cooking utensils-broken crockpot), loose handles on pans, dated appliances,broken oven & broiler doors, sheet of ice frozen on bottom shelf of freezer, four tv/dvd remotes should be one universal remote, need more than one room fan for hot days, wood blinds broken & torn window screen in bedroom 2.
