This spacious 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome in the scenic meadow area of Mammoth Lakes offers 1,300 sq. ft. of living space and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. With modern conveniences and access to Snowflower's great amenities, it's a perfect year-round retreat.
Layout & Sleeping Arrangements
The entry level features both bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and confortalbe king size beds. The third floor loft, open to the living room below, provides additional sleeping with two twin beds and a queen bed—ideal for families or groups.
Living & Kitchen
On the second floor, the open living room, dining area, and kitchen create a warm gathering space. The living room includes a pellet stove, a large TV, and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for meals at home, while the dining area seats the group comfortably. A third full bathroom is also on this level.
Amenities
This home is equipped with 4 TVs. A washer/dryer is provided in the unit for convenience. Pellet stove with pellets provided.
Two outdoor parking spaces are available (no buses, RVs, trailers, or towed vehicles allowed).
Complex & Location
Snowflower Resort offers a year-round hot spa and sauna, a summer-only heated pool and tennis court, and on-site laundry. The scenic meadow location provides beautiful surroundings and easy access to bike paths, fishing, golf, the Mammoth Community Recreation Center, and the free Red Line shuttle into town and to the slopes.

Great place! The location and amenities were awesome! Just a heads up, there wasn’t enough paper towels and dish washer pods for our stay. Also bring your own pillows. The pillows provided were very flat and uncomfortable.

The condominium was in a great location. Unfortunately, it was infested with bees and it looked like the association knew about it beforehand as there were a lot of dead bees in the window seals. I manage to find the location where the bees were accessing the interior and sealed it off.
