This upgraded 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome in the scenic meadow area of Mammoth Lakes offers plenty of space, comfort, and convenience for up to 8 guests (approx. 1,300 sq. ft.).
Layout & Sleeping Arrangements
Enter on the first floor, where you'll find both bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and its own ensuite bath. Upstairs, the loft provides four twin beds and a Smart TV—perfect for kids or additional guests.
Living & Kitchen
The second floor features the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Relax by the pellet stove in the living area, enjoy meals at the dining table, or prepare food in the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking or simply enjoying a cup of coffee. A third full bathroom and in-unit washer/dryer add extra convenience.
Complex Amenities & Location
Guests at Snowflower enjoy a summer-only heated pool, tennis court, year-round Jacuzzi and sauna, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Two outdoor parking spaces are available (no trailers, RVs, or buses permitted).
The scenic meadow location offers beautiful surroundings with easy access to golf, bike paths, fishing, and the Mammoth Community Recreation Center. The free Red Line shuttle, which runs through town and up to Main Lodge, is also nearby.

The overall impression of the condo was good. My main complaints were related to safety - the tub in the master bathroom was quite slippery and needed a bath mat, the carpet in the living area was a tripping hazard, etc. Good location, quiet. Competition for parking spaces was fierce, maybe because we were there on the weekend. The pool/spa area was a big hit!

What a comfortable condo! I love the layout with in-suite bathrooms for both bedrooms and the kids loved the loft. The kitchen had everything you could want. The beds were comfy. The location was convenient. I totally recommend saying there and hope to come back again for both ski and summer time!

For the condo for eight people we had plenty of plates, glasses etc...but we had 3 regular forks and 5 little forks. We only stayed for 3 days and did not called mngmt to take of it.
Appt needs to be upgraded for 21 century. Perfect location but old condo,
