This 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome in the scenic meadow area of Mammoth Lakes sleeps up to 8 guests (approx. 1,300 sq. ft.) and offers plenty of space for families and groups.

Enter on the first floor to find both bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV. Upstairs, the loft is open to the living room below and features two twin beds and one queen bed. The main living area has a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.
Living & Kitchen
The second floor features the open living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with the third full bathroom. The living room has a flat-screen TV, DVD players, stereo/CD system, and comfortable seating. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials you'll need for preparing meals during your stay, and the dining area seats your group with ease.

Snowflower offers a summertime heated pool, tennis court, year-round spa and sauna, and coin-operated laundry facilities in the common area. Two outdoor parking spaces are included (no buses, RVs, trailers, or towed vehicles permitted). The stay at this property was perfect. Location was everything. Amount of space was perfect for 6 adults. The only down side was the parking and the bugs making their way into the condo. Other than that I would stay here again

Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We went for Christmas and wanted a cozy getaway complete with snow… well we got that! The condo had an easy check in process and was very quaint! It slept all seven of us. We liked that there was firewood available and that the property managers were prompt to respond to us. The tv had the option of Netflix and there was a DVD player. We enjoyed watching Christmas films altogether in the living room. The location was excellent - there’s an easy bus to get anywhere you need in town or to the slopes. The only feedback I have is that some of the items in the condo were broken or not there (sofa bed broken, fire starters needed to be requested, and no snow shovel 😅), but those really didn’t detract from our wonderful experience. The management team provided air mattresses and also drove over to bring us fire starters, so we were more than happy. Overall, I highly recommend! It was spacious and had everything you needed for a nice stay!

The property is listed as discounted and that should be taken into consideration when booking. The condo was in a superb location and it was very clean but it is definitely a little worn down. There was torn wallpaper, the carpet was up in a couple spots (like the stairs) and the dishwasher you had to jiminey with knives to get it to close. They did let us know it was a discounted property ahead of time and made allowances for an extra child so I appreciated them working with us. Check in and check out was really easy too.
