Nestled in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, our clean, beautiful 2-bedroom +Loft, 2-bath townhome is perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for adventure and relaxation. Just a short walk to The Village and steps from the free Blue Line shuttle to Canyon Lodge, you'll have everything you need for a perfect stay – whether you're here for skiing, hiking, fishing, biking, or just soaking up the alpine charm.

Enjoy a warm and inviting open-concept living area with high ceilings, a cozy real wood fireplace, and plenty of natural light. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs, kitchen and living area on main level, and loft with a full bathroom upstairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a hearty meal after a day on the slopes. Enjoy the balcony and views of the Sherwin Mountains, morning sunrises, lively chipmunks, and pine trees. This is an end unit next to plenty of open space and trees. It is adjacent to the game room, hot tub, and sauna.
