Elegant and luxurious renovated country house with all the comforts to enjoy a 5-star holiday in a spectacular setting. Guests would have the house and garden for their exclusive use.
The 75 m2 living room have three different areas. The 35 m2 kitchen-office is full: fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dryer, blender and hand blender, two Italian coffee maker (6 and 10 cups), toaster, juicer, vacuum cleaner, WMF quick pot, etc.).
The 5 bedrooms are very spacious and bright, the master bedroom with its own bathroom. Full bathrooms. The house has WIFI and alarm. Private garden of 1.200 m2, with terrace, lawn and trees.
Extras include bed linen, towels, shower gel and a hairdryer.
It is in a quiet rural setting 3 minutes from Covas village, where there are two supermarkets, bakery, several mesons, pizzeria, shellfish farm/restaurant, and church.
The wonderful and wide beaches of fine sand of Santa Comba, Ponzos, San Jorge and Doniños are 10 minutes away by car. They allow surfing and fishing from the beach or rocks. The centre of Ferrol is 10 minutes away with all kinds of services: restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas, shops, shopping centre, hospitals, museums, port, etc. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside, with all the services of the city. Activities in the environment: surf school, kite surfing, scuba diving, paddle tennis, golf, horseback riding, paragliding, hiking, typical gastronomy, cultural routes, parties and pilgrimages, beaches...
