The 75 m2 living room features three distinct areas. The 35 m2 kitchen-office is fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, ceramic cooktop, washing machine, dryer, iron, blender and hand blender, Italian coffee maker (6 cups), toaster, juicer, vacuum cleaner, etc.
The 5 bedrooms are very spacious and bright; the master bedroom has its own bathroom. There are 3 full bathrooms. The house has Wi-Fi and an alarm system. It features a private garden of 1,200 m², with a terrace, lawn, and trees.
Extras include bed linens, towels, shower gel, and a hair dryer.
It is located in a quiet rural setting just 3 minutes from the village of Covas, where you’ll find two supermarkets, a bakery, several taverns, a pizzeria, a shellfish farm/restaurant, and a church.
