Santa Lucía

First, the pros - the location is excellent, almost unbeatable for A Coruna. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and pretty comfortable. The terrace was nice, the living room comfortable to lounge in and relax. The bed.... 6.5/10. Not the best, not the worst. The shower was good, powerful, warmed up quickly. There were plenty of towels, ample cutlery / plates etc. It was easy to find, and gain access to the property.

Then the cons... Everything felt a bit sterile. From the AI assistant who "helped" with the booking, to the door code access, to the apartment itself - there's zero soul. I used to want to stay in apartments over hotels in a new city as I'd feel more in touch with the place I was going. It's the complete opposite now. It's also lacking in those "homely" touches - no washing liquid, one dishwasher tablet... it feels like you're staying in an empty gallery rather than a loved and lived in apartment. The lack of human touch, the lack of soul in the apartment (everything is white, and a bit plastic and fake) it all just feels so robotic. Oh - there's also a desperate need for curtains in the bedroom. That room gets so bright at the crack of dawn, and a flimsy net curtain does nothing for a lie in. There's no AC, and no fan, so we had the window open which leads to a lot of noise from the other apartments (there's this central 'courtyard' / opening thing which just echoes any whisper) and combined with the light, it wasn't great for a nights sleep.

Los amplios espacios y la luz. Muy muy céntrico.

No había papel de cocina o servilletas. En el baño tampoco había una papelera. Falta decoración.

Le logement est bien situé dans la ville, proche de toutes les commerces, de la plage. Le parking payant est très proche. L'appartement est spacieux pour 4. La machine à laver fonctionne bien, penser à prendre de la lessive avec vous.

L'immeuble est situé sur une place avec 4 bars qui ferment extrement tard. Nous avons eu du bruit jusqu'à 6h du matin, en été, où les fenetres sont ouvertes car pas de clim. Le rideau electrique dans la chambre des enfants, ne fonctionnait pas, a été bloqué fermé. ce qui nous a permis de se protéger de la chaleur. Pas d'ingredients minimum pour cuisiner (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, sucre, thé)juste un sachet individuel et pas liquide vaisselle.
