Lo que más me gustó es que el piso cuenta con dos habitaciones amplias con dos baños completos y una plaza de garaje grande. Además, es tranquilo y su ubicación cercana a la torre de Hércules nos encantó.
No nos gustó no tener contacto con nadie a la llegada ni a la salida. Además, los horarios de entrada son muy tarde (17:00 horas) y los de salida (11:00 horas), muy pronto. El apartamento está un poco descuidado y necesita más mantenimiento y limpieza: puerta de uno de los baños sin pomo, humedades en el techo en el baño,mampara del baño sin una de sus partes, televisores que no funcionan, estanterías en una de las habitaciones no muy seguras...
