+ Практически нет городского шума; + На мансарде есть стулья и столик за которым можно кушать, смотря на восходы и закаты солнца, а так же загорать после 11:00 утра; + Удобное расположение , в пешей доступности магазины и автобусная остановка; + Удобная кровать, засыпала в одно мгновение; + Просторная светлая комната; + Есть необходимые кухонные принадлежности; + Приятная цена; + Бесконтактное заселение и оплата.
- Нет маскитной сетки; - Течет кран на кухне; - Нет крючков для полотенец в ванной комнате (сломаны); -Нет стиральной машинки, микроволновки.
