地點非常便利，且房間非常大及舒適， 備有電視可觀看Netflix、YouTube；廚房有烤箱、微波爐、IH爐及有些許廚具、餐具，還有大冰箱，非常適合自行開伙，且飯店附近就有超市，購買食材非常便利； 此外還附有洗衣機，讓旅途多日的我們得以好清洗衣服！

唯一需特別注意是，飯店未提供洗髮精/沫浴乳，需自備

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon! The location was absolutely perfect — right in the middle of so many attractions, making it very easy to explore the city and get around. Many beautiful places, restaurants, shops, and sightseeing spots were within walking distance. The area felt safe and convenient, which was especially important for us while travelling with children. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed being able to step outside and immediately feel the energy of Lisbon. The location made our trip so much easier because we didn’t have to spend a lot of time travelling between attractions. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially families. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

- safe area in a great location - They responded to all of my issues rapidly - They helped me when I fainted and sent someone to help me very quickly which i am very grateful for. - Bedroom was comfortable and I slept well once I had figured out how to turn sound system off. - Ac was powerful and good - Luckily for me despite the previous reviews, the hot water was working well and the shower was very powerful. It must be fixed now. - The place is spacious and has a decent extra dressing room. - good amount of towels - Many shops close by to stock up on necessities

There’s a few things that should be detailed about the apartment that would’ve helped to know before to make my stay a little easier. - My biggest issue: the door is incredibly hard to open if you’re not strong, I had to get my uber drivers and random people passing on the streets to help me open the door let me in. It’s also hard to open from inside. I fainted one day at the apartment and was very worried I wouldn’t be able to get out - i had to call for help. I have seen this detailed in many of the other reviews. - There is only one key and you can only open the door from inside the apartment with a key to get out which is quite unsafe. - Check in is at 4pm which is rather late and they will not hold your luggage - will suggest places to go to pay to store it in the city. - The rooms all have speakers in which were turned on when I arrived, I assumed the noise was music coming from upstairs so I had to deal listening to it for the first two days until I found out by contacting the property that there are music box dials in each room to turn them off. - There is only body wash in the shower but that is it. - Not any natural light - The bathroom is very small and difficult to deal with if you are tall. (To drain the bathroom sink press the drainer down and it will pop up) - Mould on the ceiling in the main bedroom needs to be looked at - There were quite a few flies in the apartment, mainly around the sink.
