Condessa Heaven RC

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon! The location was absolutely perfect — right in the middle of so many attractions, making it very easy to explore the city and get around. Many beautiful places, restaurants, shops, and sightseeing spots were within walking distance. The area felt safe and convenient, which was especially important for us while travelling with children. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed being able to step outside and immediately feel the energy of Lisbon. The location made our trip so much easier because we didn’t have to spend a lot of time travelling between attractions. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially families. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

I liked that it really was on the ground floor. The design of the place considering it was a cantina originally was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable.

More natural light. The shower had a step down into it that was tricky, and the toilet situation was tight.

Bien situé au coeur de la ville.

Le fait de n'avoir aucun contact avec quelqu'un a été un gros problème. Nous étions 4, nous avons d'ailleurs Payé les taxes de séjour pour 4, mais seulement un lit de deux personnes avait des draps et des serviettes de toilette: nous avons réclamé, mais aucune nouvelle pendant tout le séjour!!! Nous avons intercepté une femme de ménage dans le bâtiment qui a pu nous dépanner de quelques draps mais rien de suffisant et de confortable. Il nous aura aussi fallu acheter du papier toilette que nous avons laissé pour les prochain au cas ou et seulement 3 fourchettes pour 4. L'appart est beau et très bien placé, mais l'isolation et la prise en considération des hôtes n'est pas a la hauteur. Néanmoins, je recommande pour un couple. Attention le petit sofa est inconfortable impossible de passer une nuit même pour un petit.
