Top quality, cleanliness and tranquility for the budget

The apartment is located in a beautiful place, very quiet and, more or less, in the middle of nature. It's nice to get that view from the terrace during a simple coffee. Equipment is top Everything is totally clean Great natural light by 4 windows !!!

From a practical point of view, perhaps a small micro-wave in the kitchen can be helpful (the rest in the kitchen is top level)

Outstanding quality and location!

We had an amazing time in Franciacorta at Gabriele’s place. He personally greeted us, gave a lot of recommendations, and was very welcoming. The apartment is very new and really-really clean. We will definitely come back and would 100% recommend this place for exploring the region and the lake, everything is within 10-20 min.

Refreshing, clean, beautiful and relaxing.

The setting is beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and supplied and comfortable. Gabriele, our host, greeted us and shared a great conversation and then many recommendations with us, but then left us to our thing, answering texted questions quickly. We loved exploring the region and found it a breath of fresh air after being in big cities.

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean apartment, silent airco. Quiet surroundings, ideal basis for trips to Brescia, Bergamo and Lago d’Iseo.

Gabriele è un perfetto host, ti accoglie con gentilezza e disponibilità illustrandoti le peculiarità del territorio, qualche posto dove poter mangiare e qualche scorcio sulle vigne della Franciacorta. L’appartamento è perfetto sia per la posizione ideale per visitare il territorio della Franciacorta e dintorni,sia perché ha tutto quello che serve.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile

La simpatia, disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario/gestore. L'appartamento è immerso nella tranquilla campagna bresciana ottimo per rilassarsi e rigenerarsi in qualsiasi stagione dell'anno, è dotato di ogni comfort e fornito di tutto il necessario per sentirsi davvero come a casa propria. Consigliatissimo!

Gerne wieder, kann man 100% weiterempfehlen

Ein sehr netter Vermieter. Wir haben eine sehr schöne und sehr sauber Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Es war ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse zum draußen sitzen. Der Vermieter hat uns viel Infos über Restaurant, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Weinkeller besuchen usw. gegeben. Genügend Steckdose waren vorhanden. WLAN sehr gut. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Host Gabriele una persona attenta e gentile che ci ha fornito molte indicazioni utili. L'appartamento completo di ogni dotazione necessaria. La zona è deliziosa, abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la pace ed il silenzio della campagna circostante.

Appartamento confortevole, praticamente tutto nuovo, aria condizionata, campagna bellissima intorno, silenzio, vicinanza alla città, cortesia del proprietario.

Forse un forno a microonde sarebbe utile e opportuno.

Mitten in Monterotondo; nur 7km von Iseo entfernt; sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber; freundliches, sehr sauberes Appartement; kleine Küche, in der alles vorhanden ist inkl. OTTIMA SOLUZIONE PER UN BEL TOUR DI FRANCIACORTA

Ottima location, pulizia e comfort ineccepibili, dotazione completa di cucina e servizi, parcheggio interno, facile le operazioni di check-in. WiFi disponibile. Grande cortesia, disponibilità e simpatia dell'host Gabriele. Rapporto costo/qualità quindi favorevoli simo. Insomma che dire nel "Cosa non ti é piaciuto"?....

Unico "suggerimento", se posso permettermi, per Gabriele: sostituire lo "scaldabagno" con una caldaia.

La villa è situata in una posizione magnifica, facilmente raggiungibile, comoda a tutto ma lontana dal caos della città. Comoda e accogliente, offre tutto il necessario per stare bene. Gabriele, gentilissimo, ti mette subito a tuo agio.

Franciacorta e lago di Iseo

Alloggio pulitissimo e confortevole, non mancava nulla. La comodità del parcheggio, la posizione tranquilla e comoda per visitare il lago e la zona della Franciacorta. Il proprietario ci ha accolto col sorriso e la gentilezza, ci ha spiegato dettagliatamente i luoghi da visitare. Siamo stati benissimo come a casa.
