The house is independent located on the first floor, the comfortable furnishings spread over an area of 50 square meters. has been recently renovated, the accommodation consists of a large living room with sofa bed and open kitchen (4 hotplates, microwave oven, freezer), bathroom hallway with laundry area, bathroom with services + shower box, large bedroom in vintage style, also a large covered terrace of 40 square meters. with panoramic view accessible both from the living room and from the bedroom. The house can use car parking inside the property, and a garden area on the ground floor. Possibility of booking electric bicycle rentals.
Roby 's House is a holiday home at 30' Orio Bergamo airport surrounded by greenery at 450 in an excellent position, in a quiet and panoramic location, the town is 6 Km. From Sarnico on Lake Iseo, the territory offers the possibility of trekking itineraries on local paths with soft gradients that can offer breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Iseo.
