Location is perfect, hosts are very nice & friendly breakfast was delicious with good choices.
Bed is huge & very comfortable, tea & coffee making facilities in your room is a nice touch.
No heating in bathroom… it was freezing!
(Radiator not working reported but nothing sorted.
Bathroom spotlight constantly flickering when turned on
Heating in bedroom on a timer so not very warm until after 5pm
Hobbit room not suitable if you are over 5ft 10 inches tall as ceiling/ beams very low!

The room was very well equipped with everything I needed for my stay, and some nice extra touches such as crisps and fudge on the welcome tray. The breakfast was excellent!
The only small gripe - and this is probably down to the age of the building - was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but this didn't really detract from my overall experience.

Breakfast was great very comfy bed and facilities
Received a lot of emails prior to arriving. Found it a bit hard to work out which door to access. But loved the location and staff were super friendly.
