I really loved it here. The town is amazing. I would definitely go back.

The easy access into the property. I loved the comfort of the room and the bed. I love to the Location. It was incredible to be right in town. I would never change that and adored this house.

The only negative was that the Wi-Fi was spotty. Also, I feel like some people may be frustrated that they only had a tub in my room and you could sit in the tub and use a handheld to wash your body and hair.

I booked the break for my son and his wife . They have a four month old . They arrived with baby on a cold wet rainy night after a three hour drive .

The hotel owners showed little latitude or kindness as they had taken their baby without realising it was an adult only hotel . . They were shown no sympathyor hospitality and sent out into a cold wet night with a four month old to find another hotel . Absolutely disgusting !

Great location. The Hive is the local breakfast just around the corner. Parking worked out for us across the street but after restaurant closed down the street.

No door on the bathroom, just a curtain! The TV didn’t go down and the remote was difficult to work the TV. It’s worn out. Shower was small. Bed seemed ready to replace.

The facility is easily accessed although we initially struggled to get a parking space to unload. The fittings and fitments were all high quality and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Can be tricky to get parking, No lift so some may struggle to get their luggage up as the property is unattended.

Lovely place.

Lovely place right in the middle of town so close to all the amenities. Left some sherry for us which was a lovely touch.

Parking is a bit hit and miss near the hotel but big free car park at Tesco which is about a 5/10 mins walk so not too bad.

Great stay, centrally located

The property was quiet and from room 5 we had a lovely rooftop view across the countryside. The room was very comfortable and access codes etc were all clear

There were some guests on the middle floor who came in very late and it sounded like they had friends with them as they were rather noisy. This is not the fault of the accommodation but rather a potential disadvantage of having off site management

It was very central. It was also very clean and all the necessities were available. The staff were very lovely,asking if there was anything that we needed and if we were comfortable 👏👏😁

We didn’t like that we had to leave our room to go to the bathroom. Also that there was only a shared small fridge at the entry of the foyer. Everything else was exceptional

Stunning room with view. Really appreciated the little touches like a fan provided. Extra bonus if you are a coffee snob as there is excellent coffee at the place next door which opens early in the morning.

Great location, my venue was in Lower Slaughter less than 3 miles away. I will definitely visit this area again for leis

Beautifully decorated and pleasant. Parking was easy the first night as I found a space on the Main Street, however I used the free parking near Tesco in my second night which was a safe and easy less than 10 minutes walk for me. Lots of places to eat at lunchtime or teatime, but breakfast was more difficult as there was nowhere that I found open before 10am, and I had an 8am start each day.

The drawers in the furniture were difficult to open/close (hairdryer was located in one of them) however I don’t think they were entirely necessary. A chair and a laptop table would have been useful as there were only beds to sit on, but it was a quick visit so not a major issue.

Affordable, good location, clean and comfortable

We had a wedding near by and Victoria house gave us exactly what we needed, an affordable place to stay that was safe, clean, great location. We had the room with the bathroom across the hall which was coded and easily accessible from our room. Access was easy. Would recommend

Not a boutique hotel as described on their website. We had room 4 which was configured as a twin. A little small and no where to hang clothes. There was a chest of drawers, but we had to wipe these out with wet wipes, before putting our clothes in. The room and hall/stairs need a really good clean and decorate - the carpets also need replacing. With some money being spent, this could be made into a really lovely boutique hotel but it’s certainly not there yet - 3 star at best!

Really enjoyed our couple of nights in the Cotswolds very relaxing

Location was great, the hosts kept us well informed regarding check in and parking restrictions and gave parking alternatives which was very helpful. Nice touch of sherry in the room too along with a good array of tea and coffee.

As property on the main road was a bit noisy at night and the weather was warm so had to have windows open for ventilation.

Very nice Victoria House.

Great position in Stow with easy access to free street parking each afternoon for the night. Clean and ordered room, with sherry being a nice touch. The communal fridge downstairs was very helpful as was the little tea and coffee-making station in the room.

Little to find fault with. Our room, no. 2, was compact but had sufficient storage. A 2nd bedside lamp would have been nice. I would have liked enough space for an armchair as there is no communal lounge space.

It's a tall narrow building with multiple room doors on small landing areas so you will hear people walking up and down stairs and doors opening and closing when you are in bed. Not overly intrusive but something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

Excellent location. Spacious room was bright and comfortable. Well appointed. Easy to access via secure keypads (not staffed).

No dislikes as such, but carpet had marks and shower didn’t drain too well.

Comfortable stay in excellent location

Great location just minutes walk from town centre. Beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds. Amenities provided: bathrobe, slippers, biscuits, hairdryer, coffee/tea and even sherry! Free overnight parking just across the street. Will stay here again!

We booked 2 rooms. The twin room was separate from bathroom opposite the room but we had private use of the bathroom. All rooms had keypad pin. Had to remember 3 entry pins for main door, bedroom and bathroom. 🤣
