L'Ecluse - Parking - Clim - Central

La ubicación es buena, a 5 minutos a pie de Las Arenes de Nimes. El parking facilita mucho la estancia. El apartamento está correcto, es muy amplio y está bien dotado de mobiliario e instalaciones; a destacar la cocina y la terraza muy agradable.

Se requieren 3 códigos para acceder al piso (puerta del edificio, acceso a la planta en el ascensor, y puerta del apartamento), lo que no resulta cómodo ni agradable al menos las primeras veces y, aunque envían indicaciones detalladas, aún así nos resultó muy incómoda la entrada. El edificio tiene 2 puertas de parking, una junto a la puerta del edificio, y otra a la vuelta de la esquina, pero no te indican esto y como una no se ve a la llegada pues me llevé un buen rato intentando abrir con el mando la que no era, provocando un colapso de tráfico innecesario si esto se explica mejor. Solicite a la empresa que lo gestiona, si era posible, mantener el parking hasta unas horas después de la salida abonando un suplemento, y ni tan siquiera me contestaron. En fin, bien el apartamento y muy mal la atención impersonal de la gestora.

The AC was only facing the living room, not the bedroom where it is really needed on hot summer nights.

Great location to walk everywhere

All very well designed, clean and excellent… except bed a bit hard and terrible pillows! So easy to rectify ..

The location is excellent. 800 metres from train station (although we Ubered), 10 minute walk to Monoprix and into the centre of the beautiful city of Nimes where we dined.

After we figured out the three lock systems, which take time especially entry into the apartment, we got into the apartment at 3.15pm. I had advised the host we would be at the apartment between 3-4pm. On entering the apartment we discovered that the apartment had not been serviced. Used towels and sheets were placed in the bath, the bed had not been made and the apartment had not been cleaned. I phoned Phillipe, the host, who unfortunately did not speak English, to explain that the apartment had not been serviced. We stayed in the apartment not knowing what to do. Within 20 minutes the cleaning staff arrived about 3.45pm.
