VILLA Verde Surprise Stadium - Resort Living

The house was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us to visit our family who live in the area. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had. The directions to and access to the property were clear and simple.

The only issue we had was that one of the beds hadn't been made up fully upon our arrival. It seems the cleaner had left before all the linens were available. However, the hosts told us where to find the missing linens and we made up the bed ourselves.

Key code didn't work, owner was contacted, they did show up and corrected the issue.

Great location near Surprise stadium for spring training games, very comfortable layout, plenty of room for privacy and togetherness, great kitchen and dining area, quiet, very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings. Well equipped exercise room and nice pool. Lesley, the host, is very helpful and accessible. Everything in the unit is easy to find because of good labeling. Very reasonable price during spring training season. We will book again next year.

Location, close to my son and his family. Close to food and stores. The Home was comfortable. Two full bedrooms upstairs with king size beds and private bathroom. One small bedroom downstairs. A TV in every room. Large kitchen with island. Parking in the garage.

AC temperature hard to regulate. Upstairs much colder than downstairs.
