Great location near Surprise stadium for spring training games, very comfortable layout, plenty of room for privacy and togetherness, great kitchen and dining area, quiet, very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings. Well equipped exercise room and nice pool. Lesley, the host, is very helpful and accessible. Everything in the unit is easy to find because of good labeling. Very reasonable price during spring training season. We will book again next year.

Location, close to my son and his family. Close to food and stores. The Home was comfortable. Two full bedrooms upstairs with king size beds and private bathroom. One small bedroom downstairs. A TV in every room. Large kitchen with island. Parking in the garage.
AC temperature hard to regulate. Upstairs much colder than downstairs.

Very spacious condo with TV's in each of the rooms. Fully stocked kitchen. The condo was near Suprise sports complex, close and within easy walking distance to the pool, and the work-out room. Also, the condo had a two car garage for easy access for parking and access to the condo. (Garage was nice when it rained)
Very few dislikes. But I would suggest new carpet thru out the condo. The existing carpet is worn, looks dirty and should be replaced. The microwave oven light did not work which would have been convenient for a night light. I am not sure I found the correct switch, but the above counter switch did not activate the garbage disposal. And lastly, I am sure this is just the way it is in the desert, the patio furniture was dirty and needs to be cleaned.
