Very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. I booked the home for my parents and she was very understanding with communication. She communicated with both me and my parents as they are elderly.

Cable was a bit wonky. I will attach short video of what was happening when we tried to tune in. Otherwise everything was great.

Clean, well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Only four minutes from Surprise Tennis and Racquet Club, as well as groceries and shopping. Loved that the pool table was located in main space for socializing. The pool, with colored underwater lighting and waterfall definitely made it relaxing and vacation worthy.
