I have never been very impressed by this area overall in Phoenix. Driving on Grand Ave and Bell usually feels dirty. But this hidden gem in a beautiful neighborhood was a welcome surprise that we instantly fell in love with.
The house is beautiful, well equipped and welcoming. Not a bunch of warning stickers everywhere telling you what not to do.
The backyard is a perfect place to unwind. Quiet, clean and peaceful.
There was only one thing that I noticed, and that was the master bedroom bedding had grease and oil stains all over it. They smelled clean, but you could feel the difference on the sheets.

Just wish pool was heated. Or have it listed that it’s not heated.
