How helpful the staff were

We didn't get the key the first night due to flight delays and misplaced key

Great location for Shops, cafes, restaurants, access to Tram, Marina, Promenade, and festivals when they are held. Apartment is compact but has all the facilities required for two people. Apartment has secure access, and a lift should it be required. Consumables such as milk, cereals, bread etc can be purchase within a short walk, although we found a good variety of eating options within 200 yards. AirCon was brilliant as the temperature was 31 degrees on some days.

That it was in good location everything staff perfect they react if you need something immediately

O didn’t liked 17:00 check in and 11:00 check out it would be perfect if it was check in 12:00

Wonderful location, accommodation has nearly everything you may need

Pillows were horrible, please, change them. There was no soap, it’s ok, i have bought one. There was a construction every day from 8:30!!! I do understand, that landlord has nothing to do with it. But I was on a vacation and wanted to sleep.
