Ungepflegtes, altes Haus mit verdrecktem Pool und großer Baustelle nebenan!

Nichts!

1.) Eine große Baustelle direkt vor der Türe mit extremer Lärmbelästigung über den kompletten Aufenthalt (1 Woche). 2.) Betrügerische Fake-Bilder in Bookings die keineswegs der Realität entsprechen, es handelt sich hier um ein völlig veraltetes und äußerst ungepflegtes Haus. Von Villa kann hier keine Rede sein! 3.) Die bei Bookings hinterlegte Hotelbeschreibung ist in vielen Punkten falsch! 4.) Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft derart verdreckt dass er nicht nutzbar war. Erst als wir am zweiten Tag mit dem Auszug drohten wurde am Tag 3 grundgereinigt. 5.) Das W-LAN ging über den kompletten Aufenthalt (1 Woche) nicht. 6.) Der angepriesene Garten und Gartenblick existiert nicht. Der herunter gekommene und ungepflegte Garten befindet sich hinter dem Haus und ist nicht nutzbar. 7.) Check - In war ab 14 Uhr möglich, die Reinigungskraft war allerdings noch bis 18 Uhr am Putzen 8.) All diese Punkte habe ich per Foto dokumentiert und an Turnkey360 geschickt mit der Bitte um einen Gesprächstemin bzw. Rückruf. Auf diesen warte ich bis heute.
