rooms are spacious, good bedding , underfloor heating, the view from three bedroom are unbelievably beautiful. enough parking space for cars. they provided cleaning aid for kitchen, that is a bonus.

kitchen utensils are not great if you are keen to cook and eat at home. better knife set will be good and ensure there is enough cutlery for 8 persons. extra kitchen drying towels will be a plus. ensure the gas plates all work. this is purely , because our group preferred relaxing at home and prepare meals after a long day out.

Excellent location with lovely sea views. Open plan kitchen and bathrooms in every bedroom - really good value. It is also serviced daily.

Some bathroom and one bedroom ceilings/ blinds are in need of renovation - rails coming off. Also we had some power trips and underfloor heating are not all functional..:was quite cold in the winter. Could have better lighting outside.

Beautiful house in beautiful Camps Bay

The villa was beautiful. The rooms were huge, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The large double bed was very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom had an excellent powerful shower and huge bath. Fluffy towels etc. The kitchen was fully equipped. The lounge area and particularly the conservatory area was really comfortable with plenty of seating etc. The staff were really friendly and super helpful too!

probably the only negative is that there was no outdoor seating by the pool.

Best holiday villa experience in Camps Bay

Perfect location. Pool is amazing. Staff 10/10 friendly and helpful. Host was always in contact and made sure we were looked after. Nice jacuzzi with sea view.

Nice villa but need to get security sorted.

Great property in an excellent position, just 5 mins walk to the restaurants and shops in Camps Bay.

We were informed on arrival that none of the safes in the property were working, which wasn’t particularly pleasing!! During our first night, we had a continual beeping sound from the alarm system, which took until 1:30 in the morning to resolve, with the remote security company telling us to cut the wires! Understandably, with no alarm and no safes, we were somewhat uncomfortable 🤷‍♂️ The situation with the alarm was resolved the following day, with the alarm company attending to fix things, but we still had no safes for our four day stay, which when mentioned to the owner, he didn’t seem to know anything about it. Not really what visitors want when staying in the Cape Town area.

Stunning views, magical stay in Capetown!

The location was fantastic, and the views, rooms, and baths exceeded our expectations! The hosts were consistently excellent and communicative, especially when it came to planned load shedding. The only thing that may be improved is the iron, but other than that, it was amazing!

The locks were a little bit hard to use and as mentioned we just needed a better iron!

The house was amazing its right in the middle of Camps Bay with loads of amenities within short walking distance. The host was more than helpful with anything we needed she notified us in advance of our booking.

Great Property - Dreadful Host

Property was lovely and suited group well.

Unfortunately the stay was completely overshadowed by the host’s incompetence. We notified her several times of an issue with a safe upstairs, she promised to fix it, then upon checkout claimed no-one had let her know. When we showed her the messages she had sent us, she said she “doesn’t like technology”… Worst of all, one of our group left her passport in the unlocked safe when we checked out. She realised an hour after we left and we immediately contacted the host. The host confirmed she and the staff had looked “everywhere” and it was nowhere to be seen… only to be in touch 2 weeks later to say someone found it in the safe. She clearly hadn’t even bothered to look. This ruined the rest of the holiday for our friend and cost her a fortune, and whilst her fault, if the host had bothered to look in the first place it could have been resolved.

Wenn du einen guten Preis bekommst buche es!

Die Villa ist riesig, die Lage ruhig aber und zentral. Zu Fuß ist man in knapp 10 Minuten unten am Strand. Der Pool und der Whirpool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind groß und gemütlich. Jeden Tag kommt ein Reinigungsteam in die Villa und macht alles sauber. Der Blick von der oberen Terasse ist schön. Wir haben knapp 350€ pro Nacht gezahlt und das ist ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Außerdem durften wir schon früh einchecken was sehr nett war.

Der Boden in der Villa ist weiß gefliest. Leider ist es wirklich wahnsinnig glitschig und glatt wenn es regnet oder wenn man mit nassen Füßen (Pool oder Whirlpool) darauf steigt. Einer aus unserer Gruppe ist oben am Whirlpool schwer gestürzt. Für ältere Menschen würde ich es nicht empfehlen weil es wirklich sehr glatt wird. Ggf. Kann die Verwaltung da noch mehr anti Rutsch streifen Im Erdgeschoss gibt es nicht wirklich einen gemütlichen Ort. Es gibt zwar viele Sitzgelegenheiten aber es wirkt alles sehr kühl und dunkel. Das könnte man leicht lösen Die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern ist ebenfalls teilweise sehr kühl. (Neon Energiesparlampen in der Nachttischlampe). Ein Schädlingsspray zur Verfügung zu stellen wäre toll. Wir hatten viele Mücken, Käfer und sogar einen Skorpion im Haus. (Grundsätzlich war es aber schon sauber)

Het huis was perfect voor 4 koppels. Mooi ingericht maar toch basic wat huishoudgerief betreft. Heeft dra een opknapbeurt van doen!
