7407 Gorgeous Rainforest Outlook

Absolutely LOVED this property, it was very surprising actually. Beautiful rainforest off the balcony, very spacious, very comfortable bed, great little living area. Would absolutely stay here again.

The only complaint was that on the day we were leaving we asked the hotel staff if we could leave our 2 small suitcases in reception for 50 minutes before we left to the airport, and we were told that due to us booking through Booking.com they were unable to hold our bags. I did question this and they were not busy at all, but they still said no. Then we asked if we could get the free buggy in to Hastings St, and again they said no. This was very disappointing

Great location, spacious and in generally good condition. Love the rainforest view, was very quiet and enjoyed the hotel pools. Great TV, washing machine etc.

Bed was hard, not overly comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower but if your not careful, water can leak through the door, drench the floor. It doesn’t tend to drain well. Bad smell in the pantry cupboard and could have done with some instructions for the microwave .

Perfect size, location with beautiful view onto the forest

Communal areas - corridors and lifts should be properly cleaned. The property was really good but could do with a little refurbishment/ uplift. The shower door doesn’t have seal and is leaking. The damp smell was experienced on arrival but it disappeared with nice weather and airing the property. The wardrobe sliding door doesn’t close.

Well appointed unit with everything for self cooking. Nice bush view off veranda.

Sofa bed for kids is pretty uncomfortable, but most fold out couch beds are.
