The Space:
Positioned within a boutique complex on Noosa Hill, this spacious single-level apartment has been designed to make the most of its elevated setting and spectacular views. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is flooded with natural light and flows effortlessly onto a generous balcony through wide bi-fold doors, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The expansive balcony is the highlight of the home, offering sweeping views across the Noosa River, Hinterland, and North Shore beaches. Complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, it provides the perfect setting for morning coffee, long lunches, or sunset drinks while enjoying the coastal breezes and ever-changing scenery.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including a Nespresso pod coffee machine, making holiday dining easy and enjoyable. The adjoining dining area and comfortable lounge provide plenty of space to relax after a day exploring Noosa's beaches, boutiques, and walking trails.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across two well-appointed bedrooms. For year-round comfort, the living area and primary bedroom are air-conditioned, while ceiling fans throughout help capture the refreshing coastal breezes.
Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, shared with only two other apartments within the building, providing a great spot to cool off on warm Noosa days.
