The location is great. It was modern and comfortable and has stunning views.

The mai. bathroom is quite worn, but was clean and functional, there is road noise and quite a lot of steps up to the property but this didn’t really bother us too much.

Lots of stairs which was slightly difficult as I had an injury & neighbours were very loud at times but not the property’s fault

The location of the property is fantastic for access to both Hastings St - and the beach - as well as Noosa Junction where there are more restaurants, bars, and shopping. The listing does advise the property is at the rear of the complex and it's a fair few stairs to get there but we were fine with this, and the view is worth it. The apartment is quite well equipped with most things you'll need for a stay of up to a week but some non-perishable items will need to be purchased depending on your length of stay. The view from the property is lovely, and you may even receive a resident magpie or two if using the bbq on the balcony. The apartment is quite spacious, includes a separate toilet to the main bathroom, and has two lounges which makes it ideal for groups over 4 people, i.e. when entertaining family/friends.

One let down is the mattress in the master bedroom, while soft enough with a topper, it's now past it's use by date as the springs in the actual mattress are no longer good for support. Fine for a weekend stay however we struggled sleeping on it for a week. I can't comment on the singles in the 2nd bedroom however. The bbq is very handy although lacks a solid plate, so cooking eggs wasn't possible. A metal spatula wasn't available either, only tongs but that's not a huge issue. We also found that the hot water didn't last very long on some days, we had a full week of sun for our stay, so if it's solar driven, I'm not sure what the issue may have been - possibly using the dishwasher overnight? Some small amounts grocery items were available in the apartment, enough for a few dishwasher loads, salt/pepper, oil and some condiments, but a bottle of general purpose cleaner wouldn't go astray, and neither would a French press for coffee - the property has a pod machine but check this before buying your pods! A small but inconvenient issue with our stay was the Property Management company texted us the night prior to departure instructing us to drop the keys to their office in Peregian Beach (about 10km South) and not just returning them to the key box at the front door from where we obtained them. Not sure whether this is normal or just a miscommunication on their part. Whilst we were heading South it was still an imposition to have to drop keys off.
