Anfitrión atento en todo momento. Muy limpio. Decoración fantástica. Tiene una terraza enorme. Cama muy cómoda. Baño amplio. No está en el centro, pero muy, muy cerca tiene: - Un supermercado enorme - Un Non Stop (típica tienda búlgara que abre las 24 horas) - Cafetería fantástica con un jardín enorme - Restaurante - etc ... Totalmente recomendable

All in all it was ok. Big place, close to Daskalovo station. Cheaper than downtown Pernik. Helpful contact person, always responded fast.

I needed to ask for how to get the key from the box (should have been automatic). As well as the wi-fi password. For a day or so there wasnt water but in Pernik thats part of everyday life so not the accommodations fault. Cold, only had small warmers, not central heating during winter.

Right off the highway, easy to find and easy entry with a lockbox. There was roadside parking available in front of the building and a lovely Backery down the road. The apartment was spacious with a good view.

We arrived quite late (21:30) after 8 hours on the road, the whole bedroom/bathroom/hallway side smelled like smoke and sweat (a smell that even after I sprayed roomspray EVERYWHERE stayed with us till the next day). To our surprise there was no toilet paper to be found, or any other form of paper and as we arrived so late we had to buy nose tissues from the 24hr liquor store across the street. The bathroom looked like it had never been vacuumed with hair and dust everywhere and we kept finding spilled tobacco on the floor everywhere. We slept in hour clothes, it felt like the place had not been cleaned at least since the last time someone who likes to smoke stayed there.
