The flat is centrally located, 10 mins on foot from the cathedral. It is a big and spacious apartment. It is very clean and there is air-conditioning. So, overall, a good option.

3 things. No.1, the local co-operative firm running the rental will support you by email and WhatsApp, but they will positively do all they can to avoid actually meeting you, even though I believe their offices are 10 mins down the road. No.2, the process for accessing the flat is tedious and based on an app you download onto your smartphone, plus a key for an intermediate door: it is secure but laborious. No.3, the large bedroom is at the rear of the flat and is window-less. Thankfully, the ceiling is very high (about 4.50 metres), but it still has no windows. It does have A/C and a ceiling fan.

L’accès très compliqué avec un système d’ouvertures de portes pas évident et stressant. La chambre n’a pas de fenêtre donc pas d’aération possible et a un mur commun avec l’appartement d’une dame âgée espagnole qui regarde la télé très fort et tard.
