Allas ja pihapiiri. 2 wc:tä, hyvät sängyt, peitot ja tyynyt. Siisti uima-allas. Oli kiva kun talosta löytyi pallo, shakki ja ok varustelu keittiössä. Vaelluspolut lähtivät aivan talon nurkalta.
Viinilaseja liian vähän, roskien kierrätyspisteeseen vienti kuului sakon uhalla vuokralaiselle ja kierrätyspiste oli kaukana. Perus varustelu saippuat, shamppoot, hoitoaineet, tiskiharjat ym puuttuivat. Mauttomalta lomalle tuleville tuntui myös interhomen tervetulopaketti jossa oli tiskirätti, biopussi ja pari tiskiainenäytettä. Kommunikointi oli hidasta. Liiketunnistimet syttyivät valaisemaan makuuhuoneissa kun käänsi kylkeään, jolloin uni katkesi. Pyykkikone puuttui. Kohteesta kylille liikkumiseen tarvitsee auton. Roskapusseja ei talosta löytynyt.
