We had an incredible stay at Nek Suites - I was slightly worried at the lack of tripadvisor reviews but on Booking.com (where |booked) there was many glowing reviews so went ahead.
The apartments are stunning, very clean and modern - full kitchen, shower is 10/10, balcony, the bed is one of the best hotel beds we've stayed in - my partner and I slept like babies! Full aircon upstairs and down, plenty of closet space (and hangers) for us both. WiFi, TV - 1 could go on!
The pool area was bigger than I was expecting with lovely outside beds. It's a quiet area and many of the other guests were similar to us, adult couples ages around 25-45 I would guess.
There's street parking available. It's a 10 minute drive into town.
24 hour check in was great for us as we arrived late. Athena was very helpful and kept the rooms spotless.
Highly recommend trying the cafes nearby - Carte Postale and Koukouvaya (our favourite) have incredible views.
Overall 10/10!
For the price it would be great to come with breakfast but apart from that all good!

Quirky, modern, two story apartments with a terrace to the front and a long thin pool. Easily accessible, on street parking nearby and fine for an overnight stay.
The noise insulation on the properties is very low. You can hear your neighbours through the walls, and hear the vibration of the metal staircase.
We had no problems but of course if your neighbours are noisier you may have a different experience.

Propreté du logement et lit très confortable. Jolie piscine.
Absolument aucune insonorisation. Le voisin descend ou monte les escaliers (en métal) pour se coucher ou accéder à la terrasse, ce qui est son droit, et vous êtes réveillé. Nous avons été obligés de demander de faire attention ! C’est hallucinant, jamais je n’avais fait cela auparavant .
Le logement est fonctionnel mais complètement impersonnel. On pourrait être aussi bien à Singapour ou à News York, c’est du passe-partout sans âme.
Impossible d’utiliser la piscine car par chauffée, c’est le minimum à ce prix là en avril,
Personne pour vous accueillir. Mais bombardement de sms/whatsapp pour les heures d’arrivée et surtout de départ (vite vite)
« Petit déjeuner » prépayé dans un café à 50m, ce qui n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce ni dans le « branché » type lounge. Ah oui, mais ils ne doivent pas servir souvent des petits déjeuners ni recevoir des enfants car pas de pain, pas de beurre ou miel/confiture ou autre, pas de fruits.
Attention, c’était bon! , mais omelette aux légumes et fromage (épinards, etc)et pita au réveil tous les jours ce n’est pas possible. Nous n’y sommes allés que 2 fois sur 4. Ah! Il a fallu demander par whatsapp où nous prenions le petit déjeuner, car aucune indication. D’ailleurs, rien dans le logement sur la région, trucs et astuces à faire, à visiter, etc. En cas de problème, vous ne savez jamais à qui vous vous adressez, le loueur, le gestionnaire, le propriétaire, on vous répond sous différents noms. Attention ! Là encore c’est réactif et « bienveillant » mais tout va dépendre du « owner ». Pas de chance, nous avons été malades une journée, et j’ai demandé comment cela se passait pour le petit déjeuner étant donné qu’il faut sortir de « l’hôtel » qui n’en est pas un, traverser une rue pour aller dans un restaurant, eh bien j’ai reçu un lien vers une application type ub….. pour me faire livrer! Lamentable.
