I liked first of all how clean it was, the location, bath and bed comfort.
Everything about the property was fine.
I just wanted to say that I decided to park my car direct down from the hotel and the next day was Saturday. Every Saturday a street selling bazaar takes place on this road and I didn’t know about it. Next day we woke up to find our car in the middle of the bazaar 🤣🤣
It would be nice (for the future) if the hotel gives the guest a hint with a card or something.

There is a nest of pigeons in the roof and they will happily and consistently wake you up from 7 am onwards. Easy to fix, but until then, if you count on sleeping, I would avoid at least the rooms of the upper floor.

We enjoyed the architecture and the attention to details in the interior design the most. It has a character of luxury while still in the theme of the old City of Chania. The location was maybe the best in Chania. Beautiful view from the balcony and the windows and central location with spacious parking nearby. It was also very easy to self check-in, something we always value. Saturday's farmer's market just outside is a nice bonus if you are coming from abroad.
Unfortunately, we stayed for two very cold winter nights. The heating on the ground floor was not working (for which I would like to have been informed beforehand), leaving us reliant solely on the bedroom air conditioner, which was obviously insufficient to heat the entire maisonette. To make matters worse, the air-con filters appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time, causing it to shut off after about an hour and stop. Overall, the low indoor temperature made the stay uncomfortable and left a bitter aftertaste.
