Good location, open space
There was no guidance for us to get inside the apartment. None at all. And no one was expecting us. I had to call several times and send an sms so I get a reply for us to get inside. While we are waiting outside, in the sun with the luggage. 2nd major con no soundproof. Loud music till at least 3 am like the party was in the apt. No way for us to sleep.
