Das Appartement ist einfach nur wunderschön und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Räume sind hoch und hell. Der Vermieter ist super nett.

Comfortabel, ruim en centraal gelegen accommodatie voor uitstapjes in Karinthië
De centrale ligging van de accommodatie. De supermarkt is aan de overkant van de accomodaties. Het Promenadenbad om te zwemmen en te zonnen is 10 minuten lopen. Verder ben je met de auto zo de snelweg op voor uitstapjes in Karinthië
De accommodatie zou wat opgefrist kunnen worden en in het bijzonder de toiletten.

Durchwachsen
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral und es gibt Parkplätze dazu, was sehr praktisch ist in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung ist riesig und gut aufgeteilt. Fein, wenn Kinder dabei sind. Geschirr gibt es genug für 6 Personen, auch Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler usw. Auch ein großer Garten wäre dabei, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. 2 Schlüssel gab es zur Verfügung. Bahnhof in Gehweite Strandbad in Gehweite Billa gegenüber Bank gegenüber Apotheke gegenüber Mobile Klimageräte in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man am Mobiliar. Durch diverse "Alterserscheinungen" wirkt es leider etwas ungepflegt (bspw WC und Türen). Unbedingt Oropax einpacken. Teilweise bis 3 Uhr früh laut von dem Lokal gegenüber und der Straße her. Alles drei Schlafzimmer gehen zur Straße raus. Das sollte man wissen. Fenster können daher nicht geöffnet werden nachts. Nur ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über dunkle Vorhänge. Bei den anderen ist es sehr hell. Eine Schlafzimmertüre kann aktuell nicht geschlossen werden ohne Lärm, weil sie komplett am Boden schleift. Habe ich auch schon gemeldet beim Vermieter. Sehr harte Matratzen und noch Federnpolster ( Allergiker) - das ist nur eine allgemeine Info weil Geschmacksabhängig, hat aber nichts mit dem Punktabzug zu tun.
