Staff molto gentile, camera come da foto. Molto pulita, bella vista, moderna e ben tenuta. La colazione era molto fornita, noi abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni e ogni mattina c'era qualcosa di leggermente differente. Prezzo super corretto per il servizio fornito. La posizione è comoda al centro di Saranda, noi per evitare di dover trovare parcheggio in centro (molto difficile e sempre a pagamento) ce la siamo fatte a piedi in 25 min (strada sali e scendi leggermente dissestata ma fattibile)
L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare che potrebbe apportare una piccola miglioria è quello di aggiungere in camera magari un bollitore, una macchinetta del caffe o qualche piccolo attrezzo utile visto che comunque nella nostra camera un piccolo angolo dedicato c'era ma vuoto, senza alcuna attrezzatura se non due bicchieri.

Tout! L’accueil, la disponibilité, la gentillesse, l’attention. La chambre, très spacieuse et lumineuse, avec balcon et vue exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet ,fabuleux !

Staff here was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. I’d love to stay again only if I had a vehicle as hotel is up a high and steep hill.
I don’t think the images fully reflected the stay. In images it is shown as much more luxury. The distance between here and the main strip is a bit of a walk distance 20-30minutes or 5min drive Breakfast could’ve been better but it was good for price
