Der Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist wunderschön.
Was man ggf erwähnen sollte, in das Appartement kommt man nur über eine Stahl Wendeltreppe. Für Menschen die nicht so mobil sind oder ganz kleine Kinder, könnte das ein Problem darstellen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich eingerichtet, mit zwei modernen Bädern ausgestattet und vom Schlafzimmer aus blickt man direkt auf die Ostsee. Durch die hervorragende Lage in der Strandpromenade sind sowohl der Ortskern von Binz, eine Menge Restaurants, der Bahnhof, die Haltestellen des ÖPVN als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr schnell erreichbar.
Der Zugang zur Ferienwohnung ist eine Wendeltreppe außen am Haus und in der Wohnung gibt es zwei Stufen. Das stellte für uns überhaupt gar kein Problem dar, sollte bei der Buchung für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Bewegungsfähigkeit aber beachtet werden.

Die Lage ist phänomenal, direkt an der Strandpromenade, Strandbar gleich am Abgang, Italiener gleich am Ausgang, nahe am Zentrum, Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, Fahrradabstellraum
Parkplatzsituation für größere Fahrzeuge(Bus) katastrophal, viel zu eng, im Innenhof max. 2 Fahrzeuge und vielleicht ein ganz kleines, Gefahr von Beschädigungen sehr hoch
