The staff were very friendly and guided us to our accommodation in the Medina. Room was very comfortable

Tout était super : la piscine pour se rafraîchir, l’emplacement où on pouvait tout faire à pied, le petit déjeuner qui était excellent, le personnel du riad qui était très aimable et qui nous ont même proposé quand on partait tôt pour l’aéroport de nous faire un petit déjeuner à emporter ! Il y a aussi eu une petite panne d’électricité et ils nous ont même proposé de changer de chambre et finalement le problème a été vite réparé ;) Je recommande et un bon rapport qualité prix !

We had a wonderful stay at this riad and felt truly at home from the moment we arrived. We really loved the beautiful retro and traditional style of the place – it has so much charm, character, and authentic Moroccan atmosphere. A special thank you to Jamal, who made our stay exceptional. He took great care of us, was always available, and was happy to help with absolutely anything we needed. What impressed us most was that his kindness felt genuine and heartfelt – you could clearly see that he enjoys helping guests and does it from the heart. The riad was peaceful, comfortable, and full of warmth. Every interaction made us feel welcome and valued. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality, our stay in Marrakech became even more memorable. We highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic experience, friendly people, and a place with a unique atmosphere. We would be very happy to stay here again! Thank You Jamal 👍

It was very close to all attractions if you enjoy a walk,and if you want to experience the medina and real morocco

Other than breakfast there were no more facilities,on my last night i spent my time with a rat in my bedroom.i was moved to another room by zakaria at 2am in morning so i cant fault the staff and of course these things can happen in an old building but when i left there was no apology from the owner of the riad or a refund for my last night,as i am in the hospitality business myself that would be the first step but nothing and then to ask me for a review here it is.
